PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
NFI Shelburne House Program provides intensive individualized treatment to young men between the ages of 12-18. Clients are provided with a 1:1 staff/client ratio. It is a three bed facility serving youth with severe mental health, behavioral and developmental challenges. Services provided include individual, milieu, group and family therapy. Additional services include case management, crisis response, psychopharmacology, daily living and social skills, emotion identification and emotion regulation skills as well as consultation to the community in order to assist in reintegration.
