PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

CBS provides intensive case management and clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families throughout Chittenden County as well as contracting with Lamoille, Washington, and Addison Counties. Therapeutic Foster Care and Home Wrap Around Services are the hallmark of CBS in which a key aspect of planning and intervention is coordination of treatment. The primary components of CBS are Therapeutic Foster Care, Home Wrap Around Services, Community Skills, Psychopharmacology, Therapy, and Crisis Response Services.
