PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Midway Shelter Program, located in Manchester, New Hampshire, is a shelter for court-ordered youth. The Program offers individual and group counseling, education, and residential services in a staff-secure setting. An educational program is offered on-site. Youth are assisted in the development and internalization of adaptive coping mechanisms that lead to a successful placement in less restrictive, community-based settings including reunification with families.
