PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The North Country Shelter Program, located in Jefferson, New Hampshire, is a shelter for court-ordered youth. The Program offers assessment, counseling, education, and residential services. An educational program is offered on-site. The Program views youth and their families as integral members of the treatment team and works with them to develop behavior plans that utilize the least restrictive interventions, respect the dignity of the individual, and engage the family.
