PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Centerpoint Program, located in Winooski, Vermont, is a comprehensive day treatment and partial hospitalization program for adolescents with mental health, substance abuse or dual diagnosis problems. Centerpoint offers both educational and clinical services and is an effective alternative to expensive, out-of-home placement. Twenty-four hour substance abuse programming is also available through Centerpoint, in conjunction with the Hospital Diversion Program.
