PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Community-Based Services Program (CBS) provides intensive wraparound services to children and families at home, in therapeutic foster care placements and mentorships. We provide a cost effective alternative to expensive hospitalization and residential programs. CBS Case Managers create unique individualized plans of care that help children live safely, in the least restrictive setting possible. A multi-systemic approach encourages positive skill development and leads to success for children and families.
