PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Springfield Transitional Apartment Program is a staffed apartment program
which serves adolescents aged 17 and older who are transitioning out of
children's services and into adult services and community living. The primary focus of treatment is to strengthen independent living skills, and to facilitate connections to community resources including educational, vocational and mental health services. Program staffing can vary from several hours a day, to 24 hour staffing, depending upon the needs of the individual.
