Executive Director, NFI North

Dr. Luke Reynard serves as Executive Director of NFI North, a nonprofit human services organization providing behavioral health, educational, residential, and community-based services to children, adults, and families throughout New Hampshire and Maine. With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and disability services, Luke has dedicated his career to improving the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of services for individuals with complex needs.

 

Luke joined NFI North in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer and became Executive Director in 2024. Prior to NFI North, he held leadership positions with the University of New Hampshire's Institute on Disability and one of the nation's largest community mental health organizations in Texas. His experience spans direct service, operations, program development, finance, and executive leadership.

 

Luke holds a BA in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development. He is passionate about developing strong teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring individuals and families have access to high-quality services that help them reach their full potential. He also serves as Treasurer of the Child and Family Provider Network and Board Chair of the National Research Consortium on Mental Health in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
