Over the course of more than three decades, she has held numerous leadership positions, including Program Coordinator, Program Director, Agency Supervisor, Assistant Executive Director, and Executive Director of NAFI Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. In July 2025, Lynn assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for NAFI/NFI.

As COO, Lynn provides leadership, support, and oversight to the organization's Executive Directors across multiple subsidiary organizations. She works closely with the President/CEO to advance NAFI/NFI's strategic priorities, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure the organization remains responsive to the evolving needs of the individuals, families, and communities it serves.

Lynn is deeply committed to fostering an organizational culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute. In 2020, she launched the Tri-State Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) Committee, helping to advance initiatives that promote belonging and equity throughout the organization.

In addition to her role at NAFI/NFI, Lynn serves as Vice President of the Rhode Island Coalition for Children and Families, where she collaborates with fellow leaders to shape policy, strengthen systems of care, and improve outcomes for children and families.
