Pamela Rocha is an experienced financial manager with more than 25 years of progressive leadership responsibilities. As a dynamic, results-driven professional, she possesses a proven track record of success in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and auditing. Her comprehensive expertise also spans budgeting, forecasting, operations analysis, and intricate financial modeling. Since 2005, she has successfully guided the financial health of the North American Family Institute (NAFI) as is Chief Financial Officer (CFO), building upon her prior five-year tenure as the organization's dedicated Comptroller.
Before launching her impactful career at NAFI, Pamela established a strong academic foundation in business and financial management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Southern Colorado. Demonstrating a continuous commitment to professional growth, she later obtained her Master of Business Administration with a specialized certificate in finance from the University of New Hampshire.
